• Account Credentials: Name, Surname, E-mail address, and Password (stored securely in fully hashed formats) when you sign up.
• Location Coordinates: If you grant permission, we access your device's GPS parameters to provide accurate nearby recommendations.
• Session & Interaction Logs: IP address, device specifications, browser cookies, and the city nodes you query.
• AI Dialogues: Dialogue history sent to the AI assistant to maintain conversation contexts.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your information to:

• Deliver personalized AI local city recommendations.
• Manage user authentication securely.
• Conduct threat-auditing and prevent abuse (such as bot attacks or scripted spam).
• Comply with necessary legal frameworks.

AskSeeGo is currently a free service — we do not process any payment data, because none is collected.

3. Information Sharing & Third-Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with verified third-party integrations necessary to provide the service:

• AI Models: Google Gemini API / OpenRouter API to generate local recommendations.
• Maps and Geolocation: Serper Maps API and Nominatim OpenStreetMap to process queries.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country of residence, including outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data in transit and at rest.

4. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California), or another local data protection law, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and all associated metadata directly from your profile settings page, or by contacting us below.
